Tiger Shroff takes “Male version of Kareena Kapoor Khan” joke as a compliment!

Senior actor Jackie Shroff’s son Tiger Shroff has made a successful debut with his latest outing ‘Heropanti’ but this newbie actor had become quite popular among Twitterati long before the release of the film.

Lately, Tiger had become a butt of jokes on Twitter overnight, not for his debut film but because of his unusual name and his facial appearance. Again, the young actor has caught the prying attention of the tweeples, and this time they are comparing him to Kareena Kapoor Khan.

However, being called the male version of actor Kareena Kapoor Khan doesn’t upset this new actor and instead he takes it as a compliment.

In an interview with a leading Daily, Tiger candidly talked about the Twitterati making fun of his name and his looks.

When asked about an online joke, which compares him to Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan, the actor said he takes all his jokes quite sportingly and feels delighted that people are noticing him.

Calling the joke “quite funny”, Tiger said: “I take it as a compliment to be compared to a woman as pretty as Kareena Kapoor. She is so beautiful and at the end of the day, beauty is beauty.”

“Yes, people have been making fun of my name and of how I look, but the good thing is that everyone is noticing me; it shows that I’ve made an impression. If they weren’t [talking about me], then it would be a problem,” candid Tiger further added.

As of his facial appearance, the ‘Heropanti’ actor asserted despite not having that typical Indian looks he got more than expected response from the moviegoers in his debut flick.

Well, taking a joke on oneself is not everyone’s cup of tea. Whether people noticed him for his unusual name, his Kareena-like looks or for his martial art skills, Tiger apparently has never got pissed off and seemingly has a very sporting attitude, we must say.
